It is always a big issue in Toronto whether to
abolish the streetcar system.

2. A Hook
Rob Ford, who is a city councilor in Toronto and one
of the candidates for Toronto’s city mayor, claimed,
“Streetcars are not the answer to Toronto’s transit
needs”, on Ford for Mayor web site.

3. Thesis Statement
In order to improve Toronto’s public transit
condition, the streetcar system should be abolished
for following reasons.
