Our scope of work is as under:

Design, Detail engineering layout, Technical and commercial evaluation of offers

and supervision of entire job as mention below.

• We shall prepare tender documents, material procurement detail with all

specification & BOQ.
• We shall provide all the necessary drawings for the conduits, lighting, cable route,
single line diagram, electrical and non electrical duct detail.
• We shall design all the electrical parameters for smooth working of the equipment
selected as per the load list.
• We shall provide SLD drawing for panel / D.B. procurement.
• We shall also plan the location of transformers, feeder panels and earthing details.

CHARGES:

RS. 95000=00 [Rupees Ninty five thousand only]

Considering typical A type, B type, club house and common area.

PAYMENT TERMS:

[A] 25% advance with work order.

[B] 25% after submission of proposed drawing.
[C] 35% after submission of all working electrical drawings and details.
[B] 15% after completion of job.
OTHER TERMS:

[1] Service tax will be extra at actual
