Sub : Issue of work Order for Preparation of Civil Designs and Drawings and Allied
Services of Dumajorhi Small Hydro Electric Project on river Kolab in Dist. Koraput.

Dear Sir,

In inviting a reference to the subject, letters cited above and further to our
discussions, we issue the work order with terms and conditions as detailed bellow:

I. SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Preparation and submission of duly signed Good for Construction drawings

incorporating updated details which also includes preparation of detailed designs &
drawings (Including Reinforcement Details) for Diversion Barrage such as Raft, Pier,
breast wall, abutment, Counterfort retaining walls, Upstream & Down Stream Cutoff
Walls, End Dented Bill and Baffle blocks, Down Stream cistern, Bank connection of
Diversion Dam etc. whatever required to complete construction of Diversion Dam on
Kolab River.

2. Preparation of Civil Detailed designs and drawings (Including Reinforcement Details)

for Power Canal, Connecting Bridge to Dam, Cut & cover, Intake Structure, Penstocks,
Pc›.er House, TRP& TRC etc works Other than E&M and H&M Works.

II. ALLIED SERVICES AND SUPPORT :

Site visits to Dumajorhi SHEP on ltolab River during Construction of the projec t
every• fortnight to clear doubts during construction and ensrii e quality and of Civil
Work s.

b).Preparation of quality assurance and quality contFOl ( QA 0r1g QC ) plans and

implerrientation of the same in toto along with the Contractor and the designated
officials of the company
