● What we understand-
It is an easily learned and easily
applied procedure for
approximately calculating or
recalling some value, or for making
some determination.
● Rather than using one particular
method for all the work,one should
develop a science for each
element of indivisual work.
● This would help in increasing the
productivity as well as the labour
efficiency.
Select,Train,Teach&Develop a
worker.
WHAT WE UNDERSTAND-
Select the worker, best suited to
perform the task and train them in
most efficient way for performing
the task.
● As this helps in skill
development ,work and
productivity both becomes
faster and efficient.
● As this is skill oriented,workers
should be paid extra incentives
or wages for their extra effort.
