OBJECTIVES:
To ask and give simple information related to students’ daily life, health and
study program.
GENERAL COMPETENCE
The student can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring simple and
direct exchange of information on familiar topics and activities and can
handle very short social exchanges, even though he/she cannot usually
understand enough to keep the conversation going on by himself.
INTRODUCTION
TASK
You will design a survey for health services users to collect reliable and true
information about users’ health habits, routines and preferences, this survey must
be applied in a specific group of users.
PROCESS
Client service providers has to deal with many information and users. You will have
to develop some tasks which are compulsory to achieve your final product. These
tasks should be solved with your group and each one of you has to participate. To
do so you can bring your own English books, dictionaries, computers, etc.

5. With the help of your teacher correct the survey you made and then, procide to survey the
chosen population (10 people).
WHILE SURVEYING
Remember you cannot speak spanish. You should make you understand somehow by gestures or
using other words you don’t have in your survey form.
If your teacher is not with you: You can record your survey to prove you have done it without
using spanish, even if the people you are surveying use it.
Don’t worry if you don’t pronounce perfectly. That’s something you can improve gradually.
AFTER SURVEYING:
You have to socialize with your classmates the tabulation you made. You should prepare your
presentation before with the help of your teacher.
Tick in column 1, those items you consider are your capabilities and in column 2, those
you think you haven’t achieved but you set them as objectives.
