Greetings in Peace!

The Christmas season is fast approaching and everybody specially the students are excited to
celebrate such occasion. A time for bonding and sharing moments for friends and love ones.

In line with this, the Department of Student Affairs and Development have initiated a University
Student Christmas Celebration in cooperation with the College of Electronics and Engineering, the
College of Computer Studies and other interested colleges who may be willing to join.

The said event will cover a short inspirational talk from the PLP and City administrators.
It will be held on December 11, 2010 from 6:00pm to 11:00pm at the PLP Ground. It is expected
that more than four thousand (4,000) students will participate.

The proceeds of the said celebration will be used to the “Christmas Gift Giving and Feeding
Program for Street Children” to be sponsored by the DSAD, colleges projects and expenses for the
upcoming Christmas season and donation in kind to the University Christmas Party this December 16,
2010.

With this we would like to ask from your participation by sharing some your blessings, by setting
up a booth on the day of the activity, giving any monetary or in kind Christmas gift for the program.

We are hoping for kind and favorable response.
