Position : Maintenance Manager

JOB LOCATION : Antharasanahalli (Thumkur)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : BE(Mech)

Experience: 10 to 16

Job Requirement:

=Candidate should have handful experience in maintenance.

=Candidate should have leader ship quality.(manpower handling)
=Maintenance of all processing machines & mechanical machines.
=Candidate should be target oriented.
=Knowledge on 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Safety. (Knowledge of 7QC Tools will be added advantage.)
=Knowledge on PLC’S (Programmable logic controller) is must.
=Knowledge on hydraulics & pneumatics.

Job Responsibility :

=Planning day to day activities related to maintenance & utilities.

=Planning monthly, Quarterly, half yearly, annual maintenance activities & making schedules of implementing it.
=Updating ISO TS 16949 (Quality standards) Records related to maintenance.
=Hand on experience on PLC programming as per the requirement in shop floor.
=Coordinating with members for improvement is their own department (like down time reduction though effective
counter measures, improvement of machines performance from the present state by Kaizens, etc.,
