1. Posi on - Manager O & M (Solar Asset), B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical Preferred), ME/ M.Tech or PG or MBA with
minimum 7-10 years of experience.

Prepara on of O&M Business plan
Plant Opera ons Management
Revenue Genera on & Cost Op miza on
Vendor/contract Management
Team Management
Should be able to handle Mul ple Projects and Monitoring in all respect

2. Posi on - Sr. Manager - EPC (KW Project), B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical Preferred), ME/ M.Tech or PG or MBA with
minimum 12-15 years of experience.

Should be able to take care of the en re site opera ons in terms of schedule, quality and delivery to meet
out the customer requirement.
Se ng up of mul ple Projects & Project Management in a cost effec ve manner with me frame
Deliver projects on me and on budget by managing every phase of the installa ons from permi ng
through commissioning.

3. Sr. Manager - Service (Product Business), B.E Electrical/Electronics-Opera ons with minimum 12-15 years
of experience.
Outline of responsibili es:
Facilitate exemplary customer service, including boos ng customer rela ons and ensure loyal customers
by upselling products and services.
Iden fy Constraints at service desk & resolve permanently developing a defined strategy or system to
enhance produc vity of customer service.
Con nuous Evalua on of Training needs at various levels & provision for such trainings to be imparted
at regular intervals boos ng overall Customer service Approach.
