minimum 12-15 years of experience.
3. Sr. Manager - Service (Product Business), B.E Electrical/Electronics-Opera ons with minimum 12-15 years
of experience.

Facilitate exemplary customer service, including boos ng customer rela ons and ensure loyal customers
by upselling products and services.
Iden fy Constraints at service desk & resolve permanently developing a defined strategy or system to
enhance produc vity of customer service.
Con nuous Evalua on of Training needs at various levels & provision for such trainings to be imparted
at regular intervals boos ng overall Customer service Approach.
