Hot Oil Treatment

Take the oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat it till luck warm or put the bowl in a double boiler and heat it till Luke
warm. Make sure the oil is not hot. Put few drops on your wrist to check if you can tolerate the heat, if not let it cool
for some time. Partition the hair and start applying the oil, first on the scalp. See that you cover the entire scalp and
then start applying oil to rest of the hair. Once you have applied to the entire scalp and length of hair, cover the hair
using a Saran wrap or shower cap to cover your hair for better penetration of oil. It is highly recommended to leave it
over night to see best results.
