Foundation(HMIF)
• HMIF was formed in the year 2006

• Purpose of 'giving back' to society and to initiate


Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

• Source of Funds : HMIL's earnings as it


contributes Rs.100 for every car sold in the Indian
market.
• Awarded with The Best Corporate Social
Responsibility award for 2009-10.

Students Traffic Volunteer Scholarship
Scheme :
• Sponsors the 'economically backward' college
students

Sriperumbudur as well as nationally
• Over 20,000 school students have benefited
through this program
• HMIF has adopted ITI's in Assam and
Ulundurpet
• Employment opportunities to students who
graduate from here.
Medical Camps for
Neighbourhoods
• Agreement with Sri Ramachandra Medical
University for operating a Mobile Health Clinic in
villages between Poonamalee and Kanchipuram

• Satellite linked Van to be in direct contact with


the hospital and seek assistance and advice
even in the remotest of villages
Hyundai Driving School
• Driving school was started by HMIF to
train unemployed youth in Kancheepuram
& Thiruvallur District

• Three batches (100) had been trained


during 2009
