Employee Satisfaction Survey Assessment

Employee Satisfaction Survey has been conducted by HRD department. For this a questionnaire has been made and
has distributed among 15 employees of different level i. e. DGM, Mgr, Astt. Mgr, Sr. Engg. Astt. Engg etc. Out of 15
we only got 15 filled questionnaires for which assessment has done and summary has been made which is enclosed.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Proper mechanism for communication for all levels.


2. More thrust is required on superior-subordinate relationship to provide healthy, competitive & professional work
environment.

3. More & more discussions should take place between superiors & subordinates. Get together should take place on
department & company level.
3. Departmentwise meeting should be done & decisions should be communicated down the line.
4. Team work at department level is OK but at organisational level it is not upto the mark.
2. High degree transparency with mutual recognition
3. Respect to everyone because all are important.
4. Facilitate adequate infrastructures which is very important to perform stated responsibilities & duties.
5. Policies & goals should be clear. Their proper meaning not just by words.
6. Policies & goals are short term oriented, long term vision & goals are also must be included.
6. Clarity of authority & responsibility at all levels & implementation of the same without interference or pressure.
7. Organising the annual day and family tour to develop belongingness.
8. Group housing society & family mediclaim policy for employee like Maruti kunj, May field etc.
9. Quality of food & tea can be upgraded & participation of each deptt representative to put their views in council.
9. Canteen facility very poor, to be improved in all aspects i.e. cleanliness, sitting capacity, food quality, tea, coffee etc.
10. More welfare activities are required to develop a cohesive work environment and acceptability of each other in the
organisation.These activities may include involvement of employees families.
11. There are no such welfare activities taking plce which needs improvement.
10. Organization must provide a career path to all levels which can reduce our high employe turnover (In last couple of
years).
11. Interdepartmental transfers to improve skill of the people & opportunity to do something new in other area.
12. Promotion policy & criteria of qualifications at each levels for promotion.
12. There is no personal motivation in individuals. Things are "just" moving at their own pace on the belief of "sab chalta hai" & "aisa hi
hai".
13. Technical training should also be provided. Persons should be trained about the machine before commissioning. Occasional gifts
should be provided for good work & recognition at all levels should be there.

14. Performance oriented awards should be given.
14. Loyalty benefits to long service people to retain good people with organisation.
15. Liquid material movement should be automized. (PDC & GDC)

17. Safety & fire training for contact labour.
18. Emergency gates should not be locked. Blankets should be kept in boxes.
19. People care very little about safety. They should be made more concious about safety.
