This is to certify that Mr. SARATH KUMAR MATCHA, final year ECE (Electronics

and Communication Engineering) student of Anna University, Chennai, has successfully

completed his final semester project work which is titled as “Transmission Techniques Of

Video, Audio, Data and RF through Fiber Optics” in CCTV / Range instrumentation

systems (RIS) of RO, SDSC, SHAR Center, ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization)

from 15-10-2006 to 15-04-2007 under my guidance. He has studied the basics of Fiber Optics,

different transmission techniques through fiber optics, Fiber Optical cable lying and Testing of

Fiber Optical Transmission Systems.

He has shown keen interest in going through the various systems available at TV systems

Control Room and Audio systems Control Room. I have observed that he is quite enthusiastic

and shown tremendous zeal in understanding various systems.
