Convocation (OD) On-Line Application Process

Step 1: Open the browser (Best in Mozilla) and type the following URL
http://122.252.228.146/convocation

Step 2: First register as Student

Step 3: Enter the required details and submit

UserName is your Hallticket number

Password is <<your wish>>

Step 4: After successful submission login as student by using your username and
pass word which you are provided

Step 5: After login as student by using user name and password it enters into a
student services screen in that click on ORIGINALDEGREE button.

Step 6: After click on that button it enters into another screen, in that screen click
the InConvocationOD radio button

Step 7: After click on that button enter the provisional certificate number (PC
number) which printed above the Sl. No. PC

And PassDivision like in the below figure

For BTech students only there is another entry Serial Number of CMM. Not
for others like MCA/MBA . Check the below picture for the CMM no example

Step 6: After enter the required details click on OnlineChallan or

OnlinePayment.

If u select OnlineChallan it will generates a challan form with your name,

then go to SBH bank only pay the amount, preserve your receipt, the OD will be
sent to your address within a month by post which you are given in the registration
