Applications are invited up-to 7th January 2011 for filling-up the
following post at Regional Medical Research Centre for Tribals, Jabalpur (M.P.) :-

1. Assistant – One Post (Unreserved)

(Pay Band-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 plus grade pay Rs.4600/-)

Essential Qualification & Experience :

Qualification :- University Degree.

Desirable :- Candidates having five years experience in Administrative work of

Establishment, Stores, Office Procedures and Accounts and PGDCA/DCA will be
preferred.

Age: Not exceeding 28 years relax-able to Govt. employees and SC/ST/OBC

candidates as per Govt. rules. ICMR employees working in intramural/extramural
projects in ICMR institutes/Centres possessing the requisite qualifications will be eligible
to compete and there will be no age restriction in their case.

General conditions :-

1. Appointment will be made on the basis of result of competitive examination and

interview.

2. The incumbent will be governed by the new restructured defined contributory

pension system as per the provision contained in the Ministry of Finance, Department of
Economic Affairs (ECB & PR Division) Notification No.5/7/2003-ECB & PR dated
22.12.2003 effective from 1.1.2004.

3. The post is temporary but likely to continue.

4. The incumbent will be governed by rules and regulations of ICMR.

5. Candidates willing to apply should send their applications on plain paper giving

6. Employees working under the control of Central/State/Semi Government &

Government controlled undertakings should apply through proper channel.

7. Since it is not possible to call the entire eligible candidate for the
interview/personal discussion, the applications will be short-listed making any short-
listing criteria suggested by the committee at the time of scrutiny. The decision of the
Director will be final in this regard.
