Challenges: No Target Set for the revenue generation, No Proper Vehicle Utilization, No plan for
Idle vehicles, No cost control measures, Not done route mapping for all the sites, no proper
control for fuel consumption, No Alternative arrangements for Spare Parts for effective cost
control, No professional team lead in workshop, operations, business development, Neither
Tendering activities nor business expansion, No ERP System, No Gps System, No ISO EMS
certifications. Safety Policies, rules, awareness are at lower level, drivers/technicians to work in
same fleet and same shift, No even distribution of trip and over times, allowances. Not anybody
trained on different areas etc
Actions Taken : ERP Implemented, ISO 9001, 14001 EMS Certification, Business Team developed,
Optimized Fuel consumption, Change of operations according to the sources, Alternative Sources
for Spare Parts Purchase, Tendering Activities developed with good results, GPS System Installed,
Training to the team Lead, Thorough Analysis of past and present financial records for
optimization, New set of rules/ Regulations benefit company as well employees. Night shift
working percentage increased, Regular Safety Training, Motivated the driver thorough increase
