This is to notify to all LL.M. students that beginning from December 09th, 2010 every Thursday a seminar
will be held which will be prepared and presented by the students hereinbefore mentioned. The main
players in the seminar are –
• One Presenter; who would prepare and present the case observation and three issues involved. The
presentation shall be for 15-20 minutes.
• Three Discussants; who would discuss one issue each that has been prepared by the Presenter. Each
discussant would have to discuss his / her issue for 5 minutes.
• Three Random Speakers

The topic will be chosen by the Presenter in consultation with the Discussants and final approval shall be gained
from the faculty.

Synopsis of the case observation shall be prepared by the presenter in consultation with the discussants in
advance and shall be distributed to all the students 3 days before the Presentation.
