CHECKLIST OF LOANS FOR HOUSING LOANS / MORTGAGE LOANS

The following are the documents required for availing Housing Loans:

1. Three passport sized photographs

2. Copy of Passport duly certified / notarized
3. Twelve months bank statements
4. Address proof: Any of passport, Election identity card, telephone bill, etc.
5. Identity proof: Any of passport, Election identity card, etc.
6. Age proof: Any of passport, PAN card, etc.
7. Business proof – registration certificate / VAT Registration / CST etc.
8. Business Address Proof
9. Income Proof –
a) If Salaried Applicant - 6 months Pay-slips, Bank statement containing
the salary credits, appointment letter, HR e-mail id, Company WEB
Site Address.
b) If Business Applicant - Last three years IT returns with detailed
Annexures and computations with balance sheet, profit & loss
account, schedules, etc.
c) For businessmen having multiple business entities, all group
companies it returns for the last three years / loan track records /
bank statements to be provided.
10. The guarantor has to provide the following details: (OPTIONAL at the discretion of
financial institution / bank).
1. One passport sized photograph.
2. Address proof: Any of passport, social identity card, telephone bill, etc.
3. Identity proof: Any of passport, election identity card, etc.
4. Age proof: Any of passport, election identity card, etc.
5. Income Proof - last three years IT returns with detailed Annexures and
computations with balance sheet, profit & loss account, schedules, etc.
11. In case more than one applicant is applying for loan, then the details of the co-
applicant are required as under:
Details / documents as stated in Serial No. 1 to Serial No. 7 above to the extent
applicable are required

12. All the legal documents like Sale Deeds, Title Deeds, Link Documents for a minimum
of 30 years, Plan Approvals, Municipal Tax paid receipts, Encumbrance Certificate
(Search ECs)etc to the extent applicable
13. Rental agreements / lease agreements / tripartite agreements etc.
14. Non-refundable initial processing fees for Rs.5510/-
15. Details of Assets and Liabilities of the applicants/co-applicants
16. Brief Profile of the applicants/co-applicants including personal details
