 PROMOTION OVERVIEW

Consumers are invited to visit their local participating furniture store to

participate in the “Score Free Furniture” promotion. The consumer
purchases their furniture and receives instructions upon check out on how
to get their purchase rebated if they pick the correct final score of the Super
Bowl. If the consumer correctly predicts the score of the Super Bowl, they
are rebated the cost of their purchase paid for by SCA.

 PROMOTION STEP BY STEP
SCA creates the prediction rebate cards and distributes them to participating stores prior to the
start of the promotion.

SCA creates and hosts a similarly branded prediction rebate microsite prior to the promotion.

The consumer enters the store and makes a qualifying purchase

Upon completion of the sale, the salesperson/clerk hands the consumer a prediction rebate card
along with their receipt/invoice.

The consumer logs onto the branded rebate registration site and follows the easy step by step
instructions on the prediction rebate card.

The rebate registration site logs all consumer information and score predictions for rebate
purposes.

After the Super Bowl is complete, SCA creates a report of all rebates to be issued to customers.

SCA distributes rebate checks within 5 business days.

Printed customized prediction rebate cards for each participating store (rough
example included in appendix)

Custom promotional website creation as well as hosting, maintenance, 24/7 customer

support. And data collection for re-marketing.

Full Official Rules for the promotion.

Sweepstakes administration including winner notifications, verification of prize winner

eligibility, and collection of all AMOE entries.

Contract for contingency prize coverage for the full payment of all purchases eligible
for rebates including alternate methods of entry.

Full demographics at the conclusion of the promotion to be used for future marketing
efforts by individual stores.

 WHAT DOES PARTICIPATING
FURNITURE STORE PROVIDE

Local advertising for the promotion.

In-store POP advertising.

Signed contract for contingency prize coverage.

Report of all eligible qualifying sales to include, customer name, Order #, and sale
amount, due within 72 hours of the sale period.

Payment for contingency prize coverage based on sales report to amount to 2.5% of
total qualifying sales volume.

 COPY AND PRESS LIMITATIONS

Participating Furniture Stores and SCA Promotions are NOT official sponsors of the
NFL or any of the teams playing in the Super Bowl.

Therefore, the term “Super Bowl” or any of the NFL team names may not be used
during the communication of this promotion.

The Super Bowl can be referenced as “the Big Game”

Dates can be used i.e.. 2/6/11
City, State can be used, Dallas TX

There is still a chance that a store may receive a “Cease and Desist” from the NFL.
SCA will handle all follow up on any letters that the NFL or teams playing in the Big
