Minimum Requirement for Pre-Assessment for Computer Project

1. Flow chart should be made after discussion with client as per his requirement.
2. System Requirement Study (SRS) to be carried out thoroughly by the student
under the supervision of guide to accommodate all the requirements of client
department
3. To prepare a copy of SRS and man hours spent in client department should be
maintained and signed by the client.
4. They should also highlight the process simplification if suggested
5. Project to be made on platform using open source unless specified by the
client
6. No. of times student went with guide to meet the client
7. Whether estimate cost has been communicated to the client as per the IRG
Norms
8. Bill raised by the guide.
9. No. of projects guided / No. of project operational with confirmation letter
from the client
10. Status of implementation to be given by the guide
