Shower/Bathe Daily (minimum 1, maximum 2
times)
Shampoo your hair regularly (at twice
once a week). Do not shampoo daily, it
spoils your hair.

Do not put too much of oil in your hair. It

makes your facial skin oily and shiny. Oil in
the Office is still a taboo. Try using not-sticky
Hair Oil available in the market.
For Hair
Hair
Don't neglect the skin under your hair! Oil your
hair (indian champi) at least 15 minutes before
shampooing your hair.

Hair-Cut: Pay for a professional hair stylist

and not a barber. Short hair is in fashion. Side
burns look better on rounder faces as they
look slimming

For Hair
How to be Well-Groomed
Begin a skin regime. Make sure it consists
of cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing
the face. The extra money will go to good
use.

For Skin
Exfoliate: Use a Bath Scrub Daily (It exfoliates dead skin, keeps
skin clean & opens up closed pores, making your skin look fresh
& clean). The Bath Scrub is ideal for extra rough skin on the
elbows, knees and heels. Pat dry with a towel
Tone: Apply toner to a cosmetic pad and pat it lightly into your skin.
Toner is meant to restore the skin to its natural pH level and remove
any remaining dirt or dry skin cells.

Moisturize: Apply moisturizer with a sunscreen with an SPF of 15

or higher to your face and neck. Allow the moisturizer to absorb
into your skin before proceeding to the next step. For people with
Oily skin, use Water-based Moisturizer, not Oil-based Moisturiser.

Wash your face and neck before going to bed, and apply
moisturizer.
For men, it is better if they go for an Alcohol free and fragrance free
Moisturizer.

For Lips: Choose a clear or neutral-colored lip balm that you can use
throughout the day. Not only will it give your lips a smooth
appearance, but it will also prevent them from getting chapped.

Hands & Feet: Care of feet and hands is of utmost importance.

A A regular pedicure and manicure once a month is essential
even if done at home.

Body Skin Care: Use Moisturizing Lotion for your body skin,
after every shower, bath.
Always wear clean and fresh under-garments and socks. Cotton is
best for our climate

If your feet sweat heavily, consider using a foot powder. Use

Cotton Socks only. Leather shoes and natural fibers (like
canvas) will generally let feet breathe better than vinyl, rubber,
and other synthetics

Shoes should be aired out too.

Unwanted Body Hair: If you have very hairy legs and armpits, thin
them with regular trimmings.

Shaving the hair under your arms can help with odor
issues. The hair in this area, combined with sweat, helps to
create a comfortable home for stinky bacteria (dark and
moist).

 Health Tips:
Avoid Fast Food and Oily food. Include salads in your meals.
Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, legumes, fish and lean meats.
Avoid Aerated Soft Drinks, drink natural juice (without
preservatives) instead.
Stay Hydrated. Water is an amazing beauty product, not to mention it's free!
8 glasses a day will give your skin a noticeable glow, and you'll feel much
better in the process.

Get plenty of Sleep: Good-looking people sleep a lot! Go to bed early

and wake up early (Teens should get 9.25 hours of sleep according to
the National Sleep Foundation). If you get up at 7 AM, go to bed at
10:00 pm every night, even on weekends. You want to set your clock
so that you can fall asleep and wake up great.

Avoid too much of sunlight

How to be Well-Groomed…
Join a Gym and sweat it out. It will not only throw out toxins from
your body, but will also make your face glow and keep you healthy
and good-looking.

For severe acne/pimples or scars, you should visit a

dermatologist.

Nails: Don't bite your nails. Keep them clean cut if not clean. A
good pedicure once in a while is advisable.

Visit a dentist for a good cleaning, teeth whitening and

discuss the removable braces or veneers. Remember to go
back every 12months.

Deodorants: Carry deodorant and an extra shirt with you.
Don't try to mask your smell with perfume/cologne.

Use a touch of cologne/perfume. Drugstore colognes

typically smell cheap; avoid them. Splurge a little and get
something that you like. Then just put a dab on you.
If you wear a lot of perfume or cologne, it may be better to go
with an unscented deodorant to avoid clashing scents. As long
as it's antiperspirant, the deodorant should be just as effective
as a scented one.
