Atropine Asystole, Sinus Bradycardia 1-5 mg IV push Repeat every 3-5 minutes

Adenosine SVT 6 mg IV push Rapid administration

150 – 300 mg IV Hypotension, Bradycardia,

Amiodarone VT, VF recurrent
infusion Heart Block

Inderal SVT 5 mg IV push Slow push

Verapamil SVT 5 mg IV push Slow push

Rebound hypertension is more

Dopamine Hypotension 1-20 ug/kg/min
than 20 mcg/kg/min is given
