Biennial Luncheon

The Biennial Luncheon has been a long-standing tradition of the League of Women Voters of
the Virgin Islands during which members of the League hosts the newly sworn-in Senators of our
territory.

This year the League will welcome the members of the 29th Legislature of the Virgin Islands
on Monday - January 31, 2011 at the Palm’s Court Harborview; the luncheon begins at 12
Noon.

During the luncheon, the President of the 29th Legislature will deliver the plans and objectives of
the newly formed legislative body and the President of the League will present a petition stating
the organization's Concerns and Recommendations to the 29th Legislature.

This is a great opportunity to mingle with and to speak one-on-one with our elected
representatives.

We encourage the public at large to attend and join us in hosting our newly sworn in Senators.
