Use of Social Gathering Area

 Social Area needs to be pre-booked at least one week prior to your event
 A damage deposit of $100 cash will be required and will be returned upon inspection of the area
within 24 hours after the event. Should there be damage or spills on the carpet, the damage deposit
will be uses towards repair and⁄or cleaning. Should cost be higher than $100, the Host Resident will
be invoiced for remaining cost.
 If alcohol is supplied, a Liquor License must be obtained and posted on the outside of the kitchen
door in the plastic sleeve provided.
 There will be no 3rd party alcohol provided.
 There will be no alcohol served to minors under the age of 18.
 Functions occurring on Saturday night must end no later than midnight
o If this rule is not followed, a member of the Social Committee or Board will come down and
remind you of the rule and ask you to shut it down immediately. Should you not comply,
the Calgary Police Services will be called and as a result you will no longer be given the
privilege of booking the Social Area for any function.
 THERE WILL BE NO RENTALS ON FRIDAY NIGHT AS THIS EVENING IS RESERVED FOR
RESIDENTS‛ SOCIAL EVENING.
 Smoking is not permitted in any Common Area
 Visitors and children are to remain in the Social Area and not go wondering the halls of the condo.
 Garbage and recycling of beverage containers must be takento the garbage garage as soon as the
function has ended.
 Use of the kitchen supplies must be discussed at time of your booking and extra deposit may be
required.
