Two parties agreed to sign this partnership contract of customer transport by Taxi CP at Golden
Westlake under following terms and clauses:

Article 1: Liabilities and responsibilities

1.1: Party A’s responsibility (Taxi CP)

- Arrange a well-trained, honest and polite taxi driver team to park and pick up customers at
Golden Westlake

- Operation centre shall closely observe the parking taxi and instruct drivers to pick up customer
on time

1.2 Party B’s responsibility

- Arrange 04 parking places for Taxi CP in front of Grand Lobby – Golden Westlake. Only call
taxi arranged by Party A when no Party A’s taxi parks at Golden Westlake (except for
customer’s request for another taxi)
- Inform all departments of Party B of Party A’s parking and pick-up at Golden Westlake.

Article 2: Fee collection

Party A shall pay VND 5,000 (five thousands Vietnam dong) per customer pick-up to Party B.
This amount shall be paid in cash at Management Office in the middle of each month.

Article 3: General agreement

Two parties shall have meeting at least once per month to discuss the most effective way of
contract implementation. Both parties should have strict regulation and strong punishment in
case any staff violates the contract details.

Article 4: Contract termination

This contract shall be valid from 01/11/2010 to 31/12/2011. After this date, should no party
intents to terminate, this contract will automatically become valid.

Article 5: Clause of notification

- The termination of the contract by one party shall be informed to the other in writing at
least 30 days in advance.
- This contract is made in 02 originals of the same validity, each party shall retain one.
