SUN TRAN ANNOUNCES NEW ECONOMY PASS SALES OUTLETS

TUCSON, Ariz. – Sun Tran announces the expansion of pass sales outlets offered by the City of
Tucson Parks and Recreation Department. Three additional centers are now selling Sun Tran’s
Economy Monthly pass. The new locations include:
• El Pueblo Activity Center –101 W. Irvington Road, 520-791-4629
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• El Rio Neighborhood Center, 1390 W. Speedway Blvd., 520-791-4683
Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday Noon to 8 p.m.;
Friday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Northwest Neighborhood Center, 2160 N. 6th Ave., 520-791-3247
Hours of Operation: Monday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday to Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday,
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“Since the transit center information booths closed late last year, we knew we needed more pass sales
outlets to sell our economy passes,” said Katrina Heineking, Sun Tran General Manager. “We’re
pleased this partnership with the City’s Parks and Recreation Department provides three more
convenient locations for passengers to obtain their economy fare pass.”

The following city neighborhood centers will continue selling Sun Tran’s Economy Monthly Pass:
• Archer Neighborhood Center, 1665 S. La Cholla Blvd., 520-791-4353
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Randolph Neighborhood Center, 200 S. Alvernon Way, 520-791-4560
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Udall Recreation Center, 7200 E. Tanque Verde Road, 520-791-4931
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pass purchases made at any of the neighborhood centers must be made with cash or a personal check.

With the addition of the neighborhood centers, there are more than 50 locations for passengers to
purchase Sun Tran bus pass products and 15 to specifically purchase economy passes.
