    SUPPLIES:
    (1) Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT) (1) Combat Guaze
    (1) Nasopharyngeal Airway (1) HALO Chest Seal
    (2) 14 G 3.5 inch Angiocath* (1) 500 cc NS
    (1) Blizzard Survival Blanket (1) IV Start Kit
    (1) IV Tubing (1) 18 G angiocath

    MED PACK:
    (2) Acetaminophen 500 mg (Tylenol) -- PAIN / FEVER
    2 tabs by mouth every 4 hours
    (1) Naproxen 500 mg (Alieve) -- PAIN
    1 tab by mouth every 12 hours
    (1) Moxifloxacin 400 mg (Avelox) -- ANTIBIOTIC
    1 tab by mouth every day

    * For tension pneumothorax decompression
