    Fermentation & Liquification Section


    1- Ball valve handle are not fitted thin slope line to premasher
    2- Air blower pump (MU-911A&B) discharge presser indicator not installed
    06- Fermenter no.1(R-311), 3(R-313), beer well, and pre-fermenter no.1 CIP nozzles not working
    7- Fermenter no.1(R-311) agitator(A311) not working
    8- All sms dummies leakages O ring required
    09 - Recycle stream collection tank (FT-202) not installed
    10- Pre-fermenter A transfer pump coupling break
    11- ILT pump coupling not installed
    13- Oil not be filling in nutrient dosing tank agitator
    Evaporation section
    01-LT523 butterfly valve handle not fitted
    02-LT512 (VLS1) butterfly valve handle not given
    04-PG5414 process water supply to evaporation section not given
    05-Evaporation cooling tower fan motor not working properly
    06-Steam condensate tank transfer pump 512A&B installed under capacity
    07-VLS504 Side glass not fitted
    08-All pumps sealing water line having leakages in evaporation section
    09-Caustic and nitric acid lines are not provided to CIP tank
    10-P516 (vacuum pump A) seal leak
    11-Soft water to both vacuum pumps flow meter to be change cause by under capacity
    12-All Falling film effects given support not properly fitted

    DISTILLATION SECTION

    05-Analyser bottom LT (401) display damage
    . 06-FOC FO decanter(S-471) Foundation nut bolts not installed
    07-Flash tank (T-401) diaframe valve wheel not fitted
    08-Simmering all reflux flowmeter isolation butterfly valve handle not fitted
    09-All condenser foundation not properly tighted

    Modification
    01-(H-508) preheater thin slop inlet and outlet line RTD required for understanding preheater scaling problem
    in evaporation section
    02-Flowmeter required for process condensate recycles to liquefaction section to make the actual
    Slurry preparation
    03-Flote valve required to maintain the pump sealing water tank level in liquefaction and evaporation section
    04-FOC Cooler after decanter sample point remaining
    05-RC-PCV TA cut line to connect Rota meter
    06- All fermenter PHE does not having SMS at inlet line
