The PGJ and pes Series are a KYC family of advanced portable crushing and screening plants which accomplishes an entire operation from primary and secondary crushing to rock screening up to four products. With a maximum capacity of up to 200 tons per hour, the plant is designed for large-scale quarry operations and gravel productions. As a combined set of primary and secondary crusher units, the plant operates on the principle of return re-crushing to produce gravels as small as 40 mm and under. The construction design is tough enough to withstand continuous operation of many hours even under harsh climates. Each motor is power by a diesel generator and drives machines through v-belts or chains. A single operator can control both crusher units from the push button control panel. This simplified control significantly cuts labor and running costs per tonnage. The plant can be towed by a tractor:

All the component machines except for the feed conveyor and stockpiling conveyors are driven by individual electric motors through v-belts, All the component machines can be modified into diesel engine upon request. Diesel Generator Powered Portable Crushing Plants

Portable Secondary(Tertiary) Crushing unit. The PC Series allows the user to mount the KYC cone crusher on a towing trailer, and combine the cone crusher with the existing(the one already in use) primary crusher to use it as a secondary(or tertiary) crusher .. The control panel may be integrated into the existing control panel. The stand-alone lubrication unit may be mounted on the trailer for transportation. Air cooling system is used to ensure adequate plant cooling even where it is difficult to secure a pure water supply.

The PS Series are electric motor driven portable screening plants. As a complete independent plant, it can be trailed speedily to a work site and be set up quickly. The plant supplies rigidly controlled sizes of aggregates at minimum funning costs. The vibrating screen is driven by an electric motor mounted on the chassis through v-belts. The optional feed conveyor and stockpiling conveyor systems are driven by individual electric motors. The plant can be transported by a tractor or truck from one work site to another.

Processing capacity listed above is a standard value when the raw material is 1.6 in specific gravity, It may vary with the grain size ratio.

• The KYC Cone Crusher is a swivelling type crusher which has features not found in other crushers, especially in the shape and movement of the crushing parts. It is ideal for secondary, tertiary, and fine crushing. KYC Cone Crushers are in use at mines, crushing plants, ironworks, chemical factories, etc. This crusher is known for capacity, durability, and maintenance efficiency.

• KYC Cone Crushers are available in five sizes: 900,1200,1300,1680, and 2100. Each size comes in four types: short head, fine, coarse, and extra coarse. They are designed to produce extremely fine, fine, medium, and coarse aggregate, respectively.

• To change the crushing chamber is very easy in a KYC machine. By simply changing the cone cave, fine, medium, and coarse aggregates can be produced,
