    Dear Sir,

    I am here with submitting the copy of audited report along with the required form
    duly signed by the Chartered Accountants. Because I was out of station up to last 30th
    December 2010 hence I could not able to produce the above documents in time. Hence as
    the non submission is due to unavoidable circumstances I am not liable to penalty under
    the provision of the vat actas per section 65(2) of the OVAT Act.

    Hence Kindly give me relief from paying the penalty under the above provision so that I
    will be oblged.
