Dear Sir/Madam:

This letter is to request an over-the-counter bank payment for the payment of our ANNUAL
INCOME TAX RETURN (1702RT) for the Calendar Year 2023 ; this is due to the fact we are having a
problem on accessing the Chinabank final authorizer for payment, that hinders un on making a payment
for the amount due. Due to the time constraints and the deadline of Annual ITR deadlines for payment,
we would like to extend our intention to made a manual payment on the said return since we will have to
wait for the bank to resolve such eFPS payment problems on bank that may result to our late payment.
For being faithful to our commitment in filing and paying the Annual Income Tax Return on time, we
humbly ask for your consideration on manual payment for the income tax due.
