ANALYZE:
Why does women become less priority of our society when it comes to work or job
than men? Or should I say, why is there less women on workforce?

ANSWER:
Ever since before, everyone already put a specific gender role either for men or women. They
say that men supposed to study, to be on school, to graduate and get a job. They believed that the
men are the only one that should provide for his family in the future because they are much
stronger, have more skill, and can do any tasks that will be given to them. On the other hand, women
always being left behind. They say that they must stay at home and take care of their children, clean
the house, cook and serve their husband that came from work. People like them did not realize that
this kind of mindset just make a family situation worsen even more. If a woman just stayed at home
like what they want and expected, there will be less money and income that will support the family.
No matter what your husband work is or how much he earned every month, if you never let your
wife work and help to your expenses, a time will surely come that you will be cut short. According to
our research, US Chamber said that one out of each 3 women which is 32% stayed unemployed
because they should be the one to take care of their children at their homes. Can't we see the fact
that women also deserve to be on our workforce, to showcase their skills and knowledge and can
we just stop putting gender roles at a specific gender because men can take care of their own
children too and women can also be a construction worker, be on the office, engineer, lawyer, and
many more. Support each other rather than bringing down because there is really nothing good at a
crab mentality like this.

EVALUATE:
Does the presence of gender quotas (a tool employed by nations and political parties
to boost the representation of women in legislature) in corporate leadership positions help
to lessen gender disparity in the workplace? Why?

ANSWER:
Yes, because gender quotas can aid in removing obstacles that impede women from rising
in their jobs and promoting gender equality. They can also result in more diversified perspectives
and improved possibilities for women.

CREATE:
Cite a solution on how we can prevent the gender inequality especially between the
masculinity and femininity roles of our society.

ANSWER:
To destroy gender inequality and rather achieve gender equality between men and women,
first of all we need to support every girl on representing a leadership. We must prove to everyone
that we can also be responsible and done a task and make a decision that will benefit not just for
their own sake but for everyone's. Next, let's hype and fund every woman's organization. Funding a
group like this will help them to actually reach their goals and they can do everything they want like
providing a seminar and many more activities that will be all just about women empowerment.
Lastly, let’s reduce socialization by parents and other adults of girls and boys into traditional gender
roles. We seriously all need to stop and break this gender stereotyping on our society now and
saying that women should just stay feminine and do feminine job whereas same with the men that
they should be masculine all the time and just do masculine job. At this modern and advanced
generation, we should probably know that anyone can be anything now whatever they want to be
and just let them be as long as they're not destroying and abusing someone else's rights because
you can't always dictate them on what they need to do all the time.
