thoroughness, and orderliness of the Performed.
Work Quantity: The amount of acceptable work accomplished and the ability to
complete work within the time schedule under normal condition.
Job Knowledge: The extent the trainee knows and understands the details and
nature of her assigned tasks and related duties.
Attendance and Punctuality: Reporting for work promptly and regularly and
making optimum use of specified working time.
Dependability: Degree to which trainee can be relied upon to carry out
instructions, be on the job, fulfill responsibilities, and able to work with minimum
supervision.
Judgment: The extent to which sound decisions towards the attainment of
desired results are effectively reached.
Customer Relations: The courtesy, respect and stability shown even when
under pressure in transacting business with customers.
Human Relation Skills: The maintenance of sound interpersonal relations with
superior, employees, and co-trainee, when carrying out work activities.
Initiative: The trainee’s initiative to work and the extent of which he/she seek
and applies better ways and means to achieve her work objectives and/or further
improve her work.
Safety Consciousness: Compliance with existing safety rules and regulations in
the performance of work or while in the office.
