Individual’s overall ability to behave in a professional manner. Personal presentation: student wears appropriate attire with name identifier and is well groomed. Greets
client and confirms their identity. Obtains informed consent by introducing self (name and discipline), explaining what treatment will be provided and why, and receives
permission. Client is treated with respect and dignity (e.g. draping). Performs assigned duties as instructed within capabilities.
I acted professionally. I dressed appropriately and wore nice running shoes, as directed. I greeted and confirmed the client's
identity, introduced myself, explained about my role, explained the treatment and asked for clarification, made sure the
patient was motivated for the treatment, obtained the client's consent, also mentioned about the withdraw consent
demonstarte the activities that going to execute and ask for the clients comfort and made the client feel comfortable with me.

Performs environmental scan of treatment area and ensures personal and client safety. Uses standard precautions and general sanitization techniques. All treatment
materials are well planned, prepared and organized. Uses effective time management in preparing client, self and environment. Client is well positioned for treatment.
Uses good body mechanics. Good flow throughout the session.
Did environmental safety, prepare the client properly in a safe space sanitized myself before touching the client, give
assurity for the client safety provide with gait belt as a precautionary step for the client safety. client was well positioned, but i
think i was not good at my body posture also i think the start sitting position of the patient might have changed to right in the
way he is facing the chair that might be more comfortable because i need to rotate him to the stairs.

execute treatment plan for the client appropriately, but need to improve in my handling, did stair training but dint complete 2
flight just finished with 1 flight of stairs, can give more verbal cues during stair training.

I hope I have provided enough information and educate my client well for about the activities that is effective and beneficial
to the client's future goal, which was good for her stair training . given support and gait belts arount to make her aware that
she is in safe hands and she is protected.

I believe I communicated effectively with a good tone and maintained the pace. demonstarted and give space for open
communication. I encouraged her questions and concerns and made certain that she understood what I was saying. End
the session on a positive note with the client.
