Adventures in Drinking
You’ve watched the show, you’ve submitted a question, you’ve been in the studio audience,
you have even tweeted about it, now it is time to really show your commitment and drink
with the Silver Fox and #qanda.
Ground Rules
The first rule of Q&A Adventures in drinking is you DO talk about Q&A Adventures in
drinking. To everyone.
A drink can be as much or as little as you want. But it has to be at least a sip. You don’t have
to use alcohol, but it is more fun if you do.
It is also more fun if you make this a group activity, because getting tipsy by yourself on a
Monday night while tweeting and yelling at the t.v is edging into bag of crazy1© territory.
Basic Training
These are the classic things that come up week in and week out.
Boat people
Queue Jumpers
Illegals
Refugees
Un-Australian
Child Pornography
Internet filter
Facebook
Polls (any mention of opinion polls)
‘our way of life’
Trending Topics
This is the democratic part of the game
This is where you get to think and drink. Based on recent political events and the week’s
panellists, prior to the show you must select 6 words that will come up in the conversation.
1.
2.
1
‘Bag of Crazy’ is term invented by Rhi in honour of Germaine Greer – just run with it.
3.
4.
5.
6.
You must drink of any of the words come up. If all of the trending words are said in a show,
every time after that point you must take 2 drinks if any of them are said again.
Bonus Round
This is where we honour the little extras that sets Q&A apart from other shows
If Tony has to bring a panellist back to the question after a self promoting/serving rant = 1
drink
If a questioner from the audience argues with a panellist = 2 drinks
A young liberal/labour stack asks a question = 2 drinks
Ultimate Achievement
Doing this will earn you a god-like status and the envy of Rhi and Trish
If at any point you are able to as member of the studio audience ask a question or make a
comment and legitimately in context use the phrase ‘bag of crazy©’. Everyone has to skull.
If it happens more than once that is awesome and we all run the risk of liver failure.
