    Max Weber embellished the scientific management theory with his
    bureaucratic management theory which is mainly focused on dividing
    organizations into hierarchies, establishing strong lines of authority and
    control. Weber suggested organizations develop comprehensive and
    detailed standard operating procedures for all routinized tasks.
