PROMOTIONAL FIXATION BETWEEN 2ND JANUARY TO 30 JUNE ( AFTER 5TH PAY COMMISSION [ROPA-09])

In case of functional promotion between 2nd January to 30th June the incumbent concerned will exercise option to enjoy the fixation benefit on 1st July i.e.after
receiving the annual increment on that date. In this case higher rate of Grade Pay is admissible on the date of functional promotion.But the same can not be taken in
account for calculation of increment.( As per G.O. No. 2728-F Dated 07/04/2009 of W.B.Finance Department).
