Your place of assignment will be at Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. located at HVG IT Park, Subangdaku,
Mandaue City. However, you may also be required, temporarily or permanently, to work from anywhere.

You will be entitled to our standard benefits for Level 2 employees as defined in the attached document.

All other terms and conditions of your employment shall be stipulated under the Contract of Employment you shall
be entering into with Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. upon employment.

The offer shall be valid until 7 days from date of offer with the premise that our background check results
including all other pre-employment requirements are favorable. In the event that you shall fail to have signed and
returned a counterpart of this offer to the undersigned by this date, this offer will be deemed to have been
rejected by you and shall be of no further force or effect.
