EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: Appointment as Full Time Under 3-month Probation/ Part Time
With reference to the above, we have the pleasure of offering you the post details at the following below: -
Agreement & Schedule A : This Agreement and the enclosed Schedule A shall form a binding employment contract
between you and the Company. By accepting this offer of employment, both parties shall
complete and sign off this agreement.
Responsibility & Duties : Your responsibility and duties will be assigned to you by you immediate superior. You
are expected to carry out your responsibilities in good faith and with due care and
diligence. The company may change these responsibilities and duties from time to time.
Transfer : At the discretion of the Company and depending on the exigencies of service, an
employee may be transferred to any branch within the company whether in Malaysia or
overseas, whether in existence at present or in the future, without the loss of service or
seniority.
Basic Salary Calculation : Divide by 26 days
Salary Payment : By 7th of the month, 11:59pm.
The Company may change the pay date at the management’s discretionary.
Statutory Deduction : The Company will deduct, if applicable, all statutory deductions required by the
statutory bodies
(e.g. EIS, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax.
Employee under probation will not entitled deduction in EIS, EPF, SOCSO.
Notice of Termination : Your employment may be terminated by either party by giving to the other, fourteen
Days (14) resignation written notice or payment of fourteen days (14) salary in lieu of
such notice. The provision of the above termination period shall not apply in the case of
dismissal for misconduct. The Company shall not be required to give any notice of
termination in the case of such dismissal.
Declaration : Snackeez Enterprise will not be held liable for damages, loss of property, or injury of any
degree. By working in this job, you agree to NOT hold any of the named or anyone else
associated with this job liable for any damage, loss, injury, or anything else you or your
property may sustain or incur by participating in, or working in this job or any related job.
