This Employment Contract is made and entered into force on this 1st day of May 2023 by and between
xxx Sdn Bhd of one part and Passport No. xx, date expiry: xx of xx of the other part.
WHEREAS the Employer shall employ the Worker in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Contract of Employment and subject to the laws, regulations, rules national policies and directives of
Malaysia.
The duration of this Contract of Employment shall be for a period of Three (3) years commencing
on the force on the date dated as per 1st of May 2023.
2. WAGES
2.2 Wages shall be paid by the Employer on a monthly basis not later than seventh (7 th) day of the
following month.
We have pleasure in offering you employment as Outlet Operation Manager. Shall comply with
reasonable instructions of the employer in the performance of the assigned household duties.
4. WORKING DAYS
5. COMPASSIONATE LEAVE
In the event of the death of an immediate member of family (i.e. parent, parent in law, brother or
sister) 2 days paid compassionate leave will be granted. For employees traveling outstation, 4
days aid compassionate leave will be granted.

Less than one (1) year : Entitled to annual leave in direct proportion with
number of completed month of service.
On completion of one (1) year : Eight (8) days (per current year)
Between two (2) to five (5) years service: Twelve (12) working days per year
More than five (5) years service : Sixteen (16) working days per year
All leave application common practices must comply with HR leave policy, SOP upon approval.
Employees are urged to utilize all leave during the year of service. Only 3 days leaves can be
carried forward to the next year.
If you are unable report for duty due to ill or injury, you should notify your immediate superior
within 24 hours from the date of absence.
You shall agree and undergo a medical examination as and when deemed required by the
Management upon which the term of employment shall be subjected to the passing the said
examination.
7. RESTRICTION
7.1 The Employee shall not be allowed to engage in any employment with any other individual,
organization or institution during the period of this Contract.
7.2 The employee shall not involve himself in any action or inaction amounting to misconduct or
breach of any local law / rule and / or any regulation / order regarding discipline and work.
7.3 The employee shall strictly follow Malaysian laws and Company’s rules and regulations
which are necessarily imposed by the management or relevant authorities.
8. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
The employer reserves the right to immediately terminate this Contract with employee on
occurrence of any one or more of the following events:
8.1 If the employee breaches any one or more of the restrictions of Clause 9, mentioned above or
is convicted of any offence under any law of Malaysia.
8.2 If the employee is absent from work for more than three (3) consecutive working days without
any reasonable excuse, or prior approval.
8.3 If the employee for any just cause, including, but not limited to non-performance, misconduct,
committing any unlawful act, professional negligence,
The worker is allowed to resign by giving two(2) month’s notice in writing or two(2) month’s
salary in lieu thereof.
In witness whereof the parties hereto have voluntarily signed and caused this Contract to be executed on
the date first above written.
