Human Resource requirements
• Year Zero:
• 220 employees
• Recruitment Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years experience for voice
executives
• 4 years for team leaders
• 6 years for floor/duty managers
• 10 years for Top managerial positions
• Recruitment of 75 employees per year in the operations
department.
• Recruitment of 5 employees in the Marketing and sales
department every 18 months
• Creation of HR department at end of Year Two with an HR per
60 employees.
• For every 20 employees; 1 housekeeping, 1 office staff and 1
Security.
• Total 16 accountants and 4 CA by end of Year Four for Finance
Dept.
• We reach a number of 600 employees by the end of Year Four.
Recruitment criteria
• After year one:
– One year Exp candidates for voice executives
– Promotions of existing employees towards higher
positions
– Strategic candidates for middle and higher
managerial positions
Land & Building Requirements
• Year Zero: 8000 sq.ft
– 3000 sq ft workstations
– 1000 sq ft Managerial Cabins
– 600 sq ft Restrooms
– 1400 sq ft Canteen
– 1300 sq ft Games and Recreation room
– 2 conference rooms of 350 sq ft each
• Year One to Four:
– 3000 sq ft per year additional to accommodate
the recruitments and expansion.
– The space will be allocated as per the proportions
of the Initial setup.
