Obama-care should be repealed from this country. Health-care reform is clearly

un-constitutional. In the 14th amendment it says that “…nor shall any State deprive any

person of life, liberty, or property...” It is clearly sated that a State or government has no

right to force upon its citizens an un-just law. Health-care reform however, makes each

and every citizen of this country have health-care whether they want it or not. Another

reason why Obama-care should be repealed is the costs involved in the bill. It is

estimated that $940 billion will be spent over the next 10 years for the reform to take

place. It is also estimated that the health insurers will have to pay $47 billion over the

time period of 2011-2019. Still another reason why obama-care should be repealed is

how the White House has failed to fully inform the public about how the new system

works. The White house said in a fact sheet, “On September 23rd, young adults can stay

on their parents’ insurance.” However the fact sheet failed to note that the provisions do

not begin until 2014 and they do not fully provide benefits until 2017. One final reason

that the new health-care plan should be repealed is how 20 states have filed law suits

declaring that the new health-care system is un-constitutional.
