Target Audience

I have decided that my target audience will be 16-20. Therefore the genre
of the magazine will be Hip Hop as this genre of music extremely popular
within my target audience. This is due to the artist and type music appeals
and relates to my target audience. Below is an image of my target

As i have decided the genre of my magazine will be 'rock' i have decided to

aim my magazine at teenagers between the age of 15-20. I think this is a
good age group as many teenagers tend to be attracted to this type of
music and the artists it contains, appealing the magazine to them. Below is
