Discuss the role which each member of the group will take on during the production. Discuss and brainstorm initial ideas on genre of short film and plots. Create a social networking group for our group to share ideas and to use as a communication channel. Discuss which tasks each group member will prefer before creating a Production Schedule.

Discuss what we are going to use as our main setting our production. Gather initial ideas about the plot of the short film. Discuss potential actors which are available. Brainstorm genres which we could use for production. Analyse who our potential target audience will be.
