Job Description

Key 1. Capable of guiding/leading the electrical

Responsibilities maintenance team and implementing the best
maintenance strategy for the plant including High
voltage of 33KV system.

2. Familiarisation with power distribution & process

electrification engineering.

3. Familiarisation with material take offs, budget

estimates, scheduling; spare parts & inventory
control management system.

4.Familiarisation of HT/LT motors, transformer

maintenance, Generators, protection systems

5. Supervise and manage vendor engineering and

equipment deliverables to ensure compliance with
project standards and specifications.

6. Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and

selection of electrical equipment.

7. Capable of handling various type of HV/LV

breakers specially SF6, VCB & ACB

8. Capable of testing various types of electrical

equipment like Transformer oil, Relay, breakers etc.

9. Knowledge on ups and variable frequency

drive and their application & trouble shooting.

10.Preferable experience from large industries

like Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Refinery, Power
plant, Cement and steel plant
Reporting  Upwards: Dy. Manager.
Relationship  Downwards: Jr. Engineer.
