The different modules in the project “Human Resource Tracking” are as follows

Registration And Login

 Our website can be used by only by registered users.


 Registration of the employees is done by the administrator/HR manager.
 Once the users are registered they can use their given id and password to login.

Employee Information Management

 This core module maintains all relevant employee related information.


 Details may include personal information,qualification and work experience,job related
information.

Attendance

 This module enables the hr manager to mark the attendance of the employees.
Leave

 This allows the employees to apply for leave.

 It also check for type of leave such as medical leave.

Payroll
 This module deals with the calculation of the payroll of the employees based on their
attendance reports.

 This module includes the performance report of the employees by the HR manager.
Training

 This module deals with the training details of the employees.

Recruitment
 This module enables the job seekers to view available vacancies, apply online and
take test.
