Appraisal
Research Objectives:-
Performance, ‘It is behavior and should be distinguished from the
outcomes because they can be contaminated by systems factors’
Performance Appraisal is an analysis of an employee’s recent successes
and failures, personal strengths and weaknesses, and suitability for
promotion or further training.
Sample Design:-
o Population: - 50 employees of the company.
o Sample: - Who is having above 2 to 5 yrs experience in company.
Sampling technique:-
o Sample type: - Convenience Sampling.
Literature Review: -
What is the 360° Feedback?
o It is the Multiple-input approach to performance, Focus on
teamwork, employee development.
o Upward, downward, and the vertical, horizontal study of the
performance appraisal w.r.t. employees feedback.
Hypothesis Testing:
It will be decided as per survey.
