• Collect present formats and analyze them

• Check for errors and improvement in the
current formats according to the work
flow
Week 4:
• Prepare new format according to the work
flow
Week 5,6,7,8:
• Reassess the new formats and implement
Week 9:
• Check the formats and collect new data
Week 10:
• Preparation of documents
