Click on a park resident and rename it with the following names for the desired effect:

 All rides and coasters never break down: Frontier

 Gives access to the advanced Fireworks editor: Guido Fawkes
 All guests Laugh: Atari
 Guests Jump for joy: Chris Sawyer
 Peeps ride all coasters: Sam Denney
 Removes height restrictions when building coasters: John Wardley
 Peeps ride all non-coaster rides: Jon Roach
 Decreases track friction, which can help when importing some RCT1 or 2 coasters into RCT3. Only

 Unlimited launch and chain lift speeds: David Braben
