June 2005 to present. Have been a participant for medical trials for Northwest
Kinetics, a Charles Rivers Company. Required to be on time for procedures, be
courteous to others, and do what staff asks.
May 16,1998 to March 2004 worked for Harold's Janitorial Service, P.O. Box 5055,
Spanaway WA. Started as crewmember, finished as primary supervisor. Duties
included sweeping, mopping,waxing, vaccing, dusting, cleaning kitchens, cleaning
restrooms, and take out trash.
1998 to 1999 worked for Mitzel's American Bl., 7805 South Hosmer, Tacoma,
Washington. Worked as D.M.O. Duties included bussing table, washing dishes, taking
out trash, clean and restock restrooms.
1998 worked for Mayas Mexican Restaurant, 6409 6th Ave. Tacoma, Washington.
Worked food prep, busser, and D.M.O. Duties included bussing tables, washing
dishes, taking out the trash, clean and restock restrooms.

employees, and checked in and rotated stock delivered weekly.

Washington. Worked as Nursery sales person. Duties included customer service,
restock shelves, assist with shipment deliveries, taking customer calls, and customer
purchase pick-ups.
