Project Report Format


The format of the report should comprise of the following components:

• Title / Cover Page,

• Acknowledgements,

• Abstract,

• Table of Contents,

• Preface,

• Introduction,

• Materials and methods,

• Results and Discussions,

• Conclusion and Recommendations,

• Future Prospects,

• Appendices,

• Reference & Bibliography.


Evaluation Scheme
The total weightage of the Project is 100 Marks & 9 Credit Points. The
evaluation of the heads is as per the following heads:

• A.I.I 20

• Faculty Guide 20

• Viva 15

• Presentation 15

• Report 30

• Content and layout 05

• Conceptual framework 10

• Objectives and methodology 10

• Implication and conclusions 05

Summer Internship: 2nd Year


• Briefing 01 March 10

• Duration of Project 3rd May 10 to 26 June 10

• Submission of synopsis on or before 29 April 10

• Submission of Reports

o 1st Weekly report 07 May 10

o 2nd weekly report 14 May 10

o 3rd weekly report 21 May 10

o 4th Weekly report 28 May 10

o 5th Weekly report 04 June 10

o 6th Weekly report 11 June 10

o 7th Weekly report 18 June 10

o 8th Weekly report 25 June 10

o Rough Draft By first week of new academic session

o Final Submission By second week of new academic session
